Our Commitment to Accessibility
AKT Prep is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards across our platform.
We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we are committed to making continuous improvements to our platform.

Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may have limitations:
- AI Chat Interface: Real-time AI responses may require screen reader users to manually refresh the content. We are working on improving live region announcements.
- Complex Medical Diagrams: Some educational content may include diagrams that are difficult to describe fully in alternative text. We provide text descriptions where possible.
- Timed Mock Exams: Users requiring additional time can contact support for accommodations.
